14-day cooling-off period
Goods (excluding personalised products) purchased from our online shop IzabellaMueller.com You may return the item without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The product must be of full value
We only accept returns of products that show no signs of use. All original tags must be retained and the packaging must be undamaged.
We accept returns of complete sets
If the item in question was part of a set, please return the set in its entirety — we do not accept individual items on their own.
